*The Thursday evening class will be on hiatus during the summer.

Level I and Level I/II classes will work for beginners as well as more seasoned students.

The leveling of classes is to give the student an idea of the types of poses that will be taught.  However, any skill level is welcome at any class as the teacher is able and willing to modify poses or suggest alternate poses to adapt to a student’s skill level.



A missed class may be made-up at any other class, regardless of the level, but must take place during the registered Session.  No missed classes will carry over to a subsequent session.

Bring a yoga sticky mat to class. All other props will be provided.

Don’t eat shortly before class. Wear comfortable clothing. Drop-ins are welcome

Monthly dinner at the Istanbul Mediterranean Grill, 35840 Chester Rd., Avon, Ohio - Wednesday, August 6th, at 8:00 pm (right after the Wednesday evening class).

Free Trial Classes

During the first week of the session (July 7 – July 13), all classes are open for a free class to students new to the Yoga Loft.  If you are an existing student and bring a friend to a free class, you may also take an additional class at any time during the session, free of charge.  Pre-Registration is recommended.
If you refer a friend and they sign up for full session, you will receive a $25 discount on your session.

No Class

There will be no class on Sunday, August 31st, due to Labor Day Weekend.  Any other cancellations due to weather or other circumstances will be posted under the News & Announcements tab.
