  • THE JULY/AUGUST SESSION BEGINS TUESDAY, JULY 12.  IT WILL BE A 6 WEEK SESSION, ENDING AUGUST 18.
  • ANN LEW WILL ALSO CONTINUE TEACHING CLASSES AT THE YOGA LOFT.  ANN HAS BEEN TEACHING YOGA FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND IS A REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER THROUGH YOGA ALLIANCE.  SHE IS ALSO A PHYSICAL THERAPIST.  ANN TEACHES VINYASA FLOW YOGA, WHICH SYNCHRONIZES THE BREATH WITH A DYNAMIC SEQUENCE OF CONNECTED YOGA POSTURES JOINED TOGETHER IN A SMOOTH FLOWING WAY.  THESE CLASSES WILL IMPROVE STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, CONCENTRATION, EASE AND OVERALL HEALTH & WELL BEING.  ANN’S TEACHING SCHEDULE AND CONTACT INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND IN THE CLASS SCHEDULE TAB.
  • IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES DURING THIS CRISIS AND CAN’T AFFORD TO PAY, YOU MAY TAKE THE CLASSES FOR FREE.

Free Classes (For new students)

During the first week of the Session, all classes are free class to anyone new to the Yoga Loft.  Pre-Registration is required.
If you refer a friend who signs up for a full session, you will receive a $25 discount on your registration.
